B: Well, I sent him a text message and he hasn’t replied. It’s really quite urgent.
A: Can you tell me what it’s about?
B: It’s a bit complicated to explain. I need a copy of a certificate for customs. Maybe he didn’t get my message. Can I just check his mobile – 07636 746384?
A: Let me check. Yes, that’s the right number. Listen, why don’t you send the details to me by email and I’ll send you a copy of the certificate as an attached pdf?
B: Yes, that’s a good idea. What’s your email address?
