💬 Work with a partner. Combine verbs and phrases in the tables below to ask questions beginning:
- How often do you …?
- When was the last time you …?
Then ask follow-up questions (AAA strategy + showing interest).
💬 Example:
A: When was the last time you sent an email?
B: This morning.
A: Who did you send it to?
B: To a customer.
A: What was it about?
B: It was about ….
💡 Use these phrases if you can’t give any details:
